Deposits, Cancellations & Refunds
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging.
A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to secure all bookings. This is fully redeemable against treatments and products on the day of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are taken to ensure your commitment as a client and eliminate no-shows and financial loss to the business.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
To change or move an appointment, please give 48 hours notice or your deposit will be forfeited.
We will allow a grace period of 15 minutes from original booking time. There will be a late fee for clients over 15 minutes late. We cannot guarantee you will be seen if you are later than 25 minutes. Please give warning if you know you are going to be late.
Failure to attend will forfeit your deposit and future bookings will require full payment prior to treatment.
